Our Process Servers regularly have to serve documents on behalf of our legal clients/solicitors in prisons & other institutions in England and Wales. Please note that most prisons require an appointment to be made and this can take a few days to arrange. Where possible we will always try and make contact with the Governor to arrange a legal visit as a matter of urgency, pointing out that we are trying to effect service on behalf of HM Courts.
